Located in front of the Basílica Nuestra Señora de la Merced, but more wellknow as La Merced Park.
It has green spaces and majestic trees that offer an incomparable shade and moments of rest.
In the center, there is a fountain and a statue of illustrious ibarreño Víctor Manuel Peñaherrera, along Olmedo street, are located the shops of traditional ibarreños sweets  selling: nogadas and arrope de mora and variety of sweets. It is a park with flavor and tradition.
