Located in the south entrance of the city in the area of the old Atahualpa airport, it is an urban proposal that covers 240,000 square meters, strategically located to give a harmony between the built spaces, green areas, and daily activities of the ibarreños. A design that proposes a coexistence between the landscape nature with the contemporary building, with a varied environment, unconventional, healthy visually, open to playful interpretation, and especially because it strengthens the social interaction and community coexistence, recreational walks and healthy mobility.
