El Cuartel Cultural Center is a place for meeting with art and popular culture, focused on interculturality, exchange, critical educational experiences and socio-cultural development of peoples. It has temporary rooms and permanent exhibitions of Rafael Troya's paintings.
On the second floor, you can visit the Atahualpa Saloon, where several archaeological remains of the Caranqui culture are exhibited, which are part of the Atahualpa Museum.
