The Sanctuary of Nuestra Señora de las Lajas is located in 27 November street of San Antonio de Ibarra. It has a great religious richness such as: paintings and sculptures made by the artist Daniel Reyes. When you get into the church, can see the Holy Sepulcher or Altarpiece where the image of the Lajas Virgin raises, it was painted over a piece of flagstone by priest Bedón. The stone was found in Pugacho by local peasants.
The images of María Auxiliadora, Inmaculada Concepción, Virgen de El Carmen and the Sacrated Family were made by Daniel Reyes. The Holy Sepulcher and the Baptistry are part of the religious attractions that the church possesses, as well as the sculpture of our father Jesus del Gran Poder and a fresco painting in the back.
