It is a glacial lagoon, located 2,600 m.a.s.l. on the plain of Cubilche, La Esperanza community. It is surrounded by extense grasslands in the highlands and many plantations of corn, beans, and chochos in the bottom areas.
It is a place chosen for trekking and hiking activities because is one of the most attractive areas there, it has a circular shape and volcanic origin. Visitors can reach the top and find a crater where there are two crystalline lagoons and, wildlife as rabbits, wolves, hawks and wild quail.
