We are a restaurant chain that has been in the Ecuadorian market for more than 30 years. Proud of our roots and traditions, we want to share the flavors and colors of our land. We are also a starting point to discover the magic that our province Imbabura has to offer.

We are called Fritadas Amazonas because our first restaurant was located in Atuntaqui, on Amazonas street. FRITADAS AMAZONAS has always been a reference point of our province, which has allowed us to grow and generate jobs for many people, so we like to share, the taste, tradition and stories of our cuisine that generation after generation have conquered the palates of those who visit us.
