Los Agachaditos de la Merced, nowadays located in a wide space in Olmedo Street, between Pedro Moncayo and Oviedo streets, offers delicious local gastronomy during the night and early morning hours.

Patricia Chalá, well-known as Doña Paty, one of its members, had been working for 14 years and is dedicated to the business of selling food at night in the La Merced park sector (bean and lentil stews are her specialty).

According to Doña Paty, her step mother had her food spot in the Merced park for 40 years.  The seasoning was inherited and Doña Paty has seduced and satisfied all the demanding palates politicians and recognized characters.
